JohnPac's executive team meets bi-monthly to review each department's goals and to ensure we are moving forward with our many strategic initiatives that include improving company efficiencies, LEAN projects, sales strategies and company financial performance. Each team member gives a brief report and has the benefit of collaborative feedback.
