JohnPac is the largest U.S. government supplier of small polypropylene woven bags to the U.S. agricultural market. JohnPac meets all requirements set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture for quality and standard assurance.

In March of 2001, JohnPac became eligible to bid on Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) food assistance program contracts, having met all system requirements of the USDA's Total Quality Systems Audit (TQSA). JohnPac, then LA PAC, scored a 94 out of a possible 100 points. TQSA only requires a score of 80 for certification. JohnPac was the first company in the industry to pass the audit.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world's largest developer of technical standards for manufacturers. JohnPac's import partners meet all specifications and criteria applied by the ISO for proper manufacture and distribution of goods domestically and beyond, including ISO 9001-2000 certification in offshore sourcing.
