Meeting Your Packing Needs, One Solution at a Time.

Jim Lancaster, VP Sales and Marketing at JohnPac, has had an entrepreneur spirit his entire life. Soon after
graduating from the University of Houston with a degree in Business Administration (BA) focusing in Finance, Jim and his brother, Herb Lancaster, built
Lancaster Industries into an industry leading visual display and fixture manufacturer company with customers ranging from Dillard’s Department Store
to Tommy Hilfiger USA.   As President of Lancaster Industries, Jim also took the lead in environmental issues related to air emissions in
the various forms of VOC pollutants. By working with the State of Texas in the capacity as Small Business Representative, Jim worked as advisor to
the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC).  Additionally, Jim served on the board of the Texas Manufacturers Assistance Center
(TMAC) which is a non-profit partnership between the State of Texas, University of Houston and the local Houston/Galveston Area Council (HGAC). TMAC
supports small and large companies in Texas with the goal of maintaining a competitive position within a global economy.

In 2005 Jim sold his interest in Lancaster Industries and began a packaging career with Unisource World Wide.   After selling packaging in the
Houston market for 3 years Jim joined International Paper’s distribution company – xpedx – as Packaging Sales Manager for the Houston region including
Austin/San Antonio markets and south to the boarder of Mexico.   In 2014, Unisource Worldwide and xpedx merged to form a company known today
as “Veritiv” (a $9 billion Fortune 500 business),   While at Veritiv Jim served as Territory Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast Region which
included Louisiana and much of Texas.  In January of 2016, Jim began a new and exciting chapter of his business career by joining the JohnPac
team.   As one of the newest members of the team – Jim intends to provide solid leadership by offering sound ideas and best practices with
the goals of generating sales growth, territory expansion and increased profits for JohnPac.
