Since joining JohnPac in April 2025, Holly has brought over 15 years of customer service experience and a contagious enthusiasm to the team. She believes that great service begins with a smile, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make someone’s day better.

Outside of work, Holly is actively involved in her community, serving as a board member for the Kiwanis Club of Carencro. When she’s not volunteering, she enjoys shooting pool or using her passion for travel to help others plan their dream vacations.
