Every year, JohnPac holds a sales meeting that brings everyone together; Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps, and the Management Team. JohnPac’s Sales Reps
are stationed throughout the southern border of the United States: Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama and Florida, while the Customer Service Reps
are located at JohnPac’s facility in Crowley, LA.

The night before our meeting, Peter John – Co-Owner, David John – Co-Owner, and Mary Ellen Henry – CEO hosts a dinner bringing everyone together to catch
up on our lives, our projects, and to celebrate the successes that have occurred in the past year.

This year, JohnPac enjoyed the fine Italian cuisine at Café Bella in Lafayette, LA. During every dinner, JohnPac recognizes the amazing team for their
accomplishments and dedication to the company. Mary Ellen Henry, CEO, always finishes the night with an outstanding motivational speech that projects
a positive energy to get everyone ready for the meeting in the morning.

This year’s Sales Meeting was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Lafayette, LA. This all-day event includes new strategies, opportunities, refresher courses
on the products we carry, the introduction of new products, and comradery. This is where everyone’s opinion counts and is acknowledged. This is
where we come together to make the team better and to make JohnPac better for our customers.
